Details:
We will be carrying out a scheduled upgrade to the air conditioning system at our Hamilton facility, beginning July 28th. This project includes the installation of a new process cooler, along with enhanced humidification and dehumidification systems to further improve environmental control and system efficiency.
Scope of works:
Installation of new process cooling infrastructure
Additional humidification and dehumidification capacity
Customer Impact:
No expected impact to customer services or rack availability
Carpark access may be temporarily restricted during crane lifts — these will be scheduled and clearly marked. Please follow onsite directions or contact us if you require reserved access.
Health and Safety:
Please observe all onsite safety signage and instructions during the upgrade period.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we will begin the next phase of works at our Auckland facility starting July 21st. This upgrade will enhance capacity, connectivity, and customer amenities.
What’s included in this phase:
- Construction of Data Hall 4 (capacity: ~60 racks)
- New power room beneath the data hall
- New Meet Me Room
- Kitchen upgrades
- New customer entrance from the main lobby
- Secure off-street parking
- Expanded office and workspaces
- Direct-access bathrooms
- Enhanced physical security systems
Customer Impact:
Northern carpark access may be limited during construction. Please contact us to reserve a space if required.
Southern carpark remains fully available.
No expected disruption to services or facility access beyond the above.
